Whether you are a long-standing parishioner or newcomer, you are invited to share your voice and help plan the future direction of our church by participating in a Parish Survey.
All parishioners are encouraged to complete the Parish Survey to assist Blessed Sacrament in its long-term planning. The results will be used to develop a pastoral plan and vision to better serve parishioners and our community.
The survey, which consists of multiple-choice and open-ended questions, will be distributed during all Masses in both English and Spanish. Parishioners are encouraged to complete the survey before the end of Mass for collection by Parish volunteers. The survey will also be available online at
www.blessedsacramentnyc.org/survey
Please complete the online survey and return paper surveys to the rectory by May 31.

Volunteer Opportunity – Serve as a Mentor to a High School Student
Student Sponsor Partners has been serving low-income students in New York City for 30 years by providing them with a scholarship to a supportive high school (22 of SSP's partners are Catholic high schools, and a mentor to provide personalized support and encouragement. Studies show that at-risk students with mentors are 55% more likely to enroll in college and 130% more likely to hold leadership positions. Annually, 85% of SSP students graduate from high school, compared to 64% in all of NYC and 56% of Black and Latino students.
The Social Action Committee invites Blessed Sacrament parishioners to take advantage of this opportunity to serve as a mentor, which is associated with a commitment to meet 4-6 times per year in person and communicate monthly via phone, email or text. If interested, we encourage you to sign up online at:
