COLLECTION
Thank you so very much for your generous response to the needs of the parish. Our collection last Sunday was $8,721. 2’517$. was received through ParishPay for a total of $11,238. An additional $1,934 was received for the Black and Indian Missions.
BOOK CLUB
Our next Book Club will be held July 2, 6:30 to 8:00pm, when we will be reading G.K. Chesterton’s “The Ball and the Cross”, an allegorical fantasy detailing a heated dispute between a Catholic and an atheist, whose opinions lead to a series of comic misadventures. Entertaining and thought provoking at the same time, it is a vigorous exploration of the debate between theism and atheism, written by G.K. Chesterton, a Catholic convert and called one of the greatest Christian writers of the first half of the twentieth century.
