SHARE YOUR VOICE Thank you for participating in our parish survey this past May. The Committee for Pastoral Planning would like to share the results with you. But more importantly, we would like to discuss the goals of the Parish with you.
As you may recall the purpose of the survey was to obtain your feedback on the state of the Parish - what it is doing well and what it can improve. This information will assist the Parish in preparing a Pastoral Plan to guide the Parish forward in the coming years.
At next weekend’s Masses, September 10 & 11, the Committee for Pastoral Planning will share highlights of the survey and resulting parish goals. The entire survey and analysis will be available at
www.blessedsacramentnyc.org and a printed copy will be on file in the rectory office for our review.
We would also like to discuss the goals the Parish is setting for itself. Your voice in setting the future of the Parish is tantamount to its success and therefore the Committee for Pastoral Planning is hosting three separate Share Your Voice meetings, so you can have input on the future goals of the Parish and its Pastoral Plan. The meetings will take place in the lower church hall. To ensure we have adequate seating, please sign up at the church entrance for the session that is convenient for you.
September 18th -- 11:00am – 12:15pm
September 25th -- 6:45pm – 8:00pm
September 28th – 7:00pm – 8:15pm
Share Your Voice! Hope to see you there!
RCIA Is the process designed by the Church for adults to receive the sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and First Communion. The goals are to give a complete overview of Catholic teaching and practice and to begin to deepen a Christian spiritual life centered in the Sunday Scripture readings. The sacraments are received at the Easter Vigil Mass.
